Discounts you could use together. A cart the whole family could build. We celebrated three new pillars — alcohol, pets, and tech — and showed just how easy, fun, and efficient the experience could be.
The creative was grounded in a brand manifesto we'd pinned internally: savory abundance, joy, and soul. We created the entire look and feel, partnering with Giant Ant to bring our in-house illustrations to life. The industry took notice. Facing growing competition and rising costs, Instacart was making a different kind of play — not just faster or cheaper, but more human. We weren't just delivering groceries. We were delivering on brand soul.
